Prior to the consultation, you will need to fill out all the profiles listed in our online software (you will be provided with a link to this in our initial communications), and have them ready for us. Doing so will provide us with all of the information we need up front, which will allow us to spend all of our time getting to you know you and your wonderful pets!

We also will need you to provide us with 3 keys. All keys are labeled with the pets’ names only and locked in a safe when not in use for your protection. We do have some exceptions to this policy in cases that the client has a lockbox or an electronic door lock. Please inquire directly with us for details about this.
